Clearaft is developed by Martin Preus. For support and privacy questions, email info@preusstudio.com.
Local records
Business settings, client names and addresses, quotes, internal costs and recorded actuals stay in the app on your device. Clearaft has no developer-operated database, account system, analytics or advertising SDK. The developer does not receive these records through the app.
Apple purchases and backups
Apple processes in-app purchases under its own terms and privacy policy. Clearaft does not receive payment-card details. Apple device backups may include app data according to your device settings.
Sharing and protection
No customer messages are sent automatically. You choose the destination when sharing a PDF or JSON backup. JSON backups contain client and internal business data and are not password encrypted. Client PDFs omit internal modeled cost and margin fields; notes and contact text you enter may still contain private information. Generated local files request iOS complete file protection; exported copies are handled by their destination.
Retention, deletion and your choices
You control retention on your device. Delete quotes individually or use Clear local data in Your business to remove the workspace, retained restore copies and app-generated temporary exports. Clearaft retains a pre-restore copy when importing a backup. Files shared elsewhere and Apple device backups are not deleted by the app. The developer cannot recover or delete records held only on your device. Keep independent backups before uninstalling.
Support correspondence
If you choose to email support, the developer receives the information you include and uses it to answer your request. Avoid sending client records, passwords or payment details. Ask the support address about access to or deletion of your support correspondence.
