SimplyCal helps you log food, calories, body information, water, and activity. Information you enter in the app is stored locally on your device. The app has no SimplyCal account system or SimplyCal server that receives this information.
If you grant permission, the app reads steps and body weight from Apple Health to display them in the app. SimplyCal does not write health data to Apple Health or send it to SimplyCal. You can change access at any time in Settings > Health.
Monthly and annual access, as well as lifetime access, are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes subscriptions and payments under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. SimplyCal does not receive your payment card details. The free trial ends without an automatic charge; users choose whether to purchase access.
The app contains no advertising, analytics tools, or third-party tracking. We do not collect or sell personal information through the app.
Your food logs and profile information are stored only on the device. Deleting the app removes this local information. Health information already in Apple Health continues to be managed there. Any device backups are managed by your Apple settings.
